Description

Selections from the fragments of Origen's Hexapla had been given in various editions of the Septuagint, and in a collected form in a work by Johannes Drusius, printed at Arnhem, 1622, 4. The present edition, prepared by Bernard Montfaucon, a Benedictine monk, represents the first serious attempt to collect all the extant fragments of Origen's Hexapla. The work contains also a Hebrew Lexicon and a Greek Lexicon.

Text in Hebrew, Greek and Latin, with lexica appended.
