A selection of examples of Weissenborn's work, with a catalogue raisonné of his published engravings, probably made by John Randle, who signs the foreword.


The introduction, dated 1981, is translated from the German periodical Illustration 63.


"260 copies... printed ... 240 copies are bound in cloth, and 20 copies (I-XX), which include a set of engravings on Japanese paper, in Nigerian goatskin"--Colophon.
