Presented by the Earl of Powis to the Roxburghe Club; listed as no. 73 in the Catalogue of books printed by the Club, 1898.
Narrates the history of his time from the point of view of the victories gained by the Church over heretics at home and infidels abroad. Books IV-VI give a detailed account of the Albigensian Crusade.
