Description
List of plates in English and French.
Title vignettes (ports.); head and tail-pieces.
Plates are numbered 1 to 73 in v. 1, and 1 to 64 in v. 2, but the single-fold plates bear 2 numbers and the 3-fold plates bear 4 numbers according to the number of sheets composing the ill. Therefore, with the frontispiece, there are 100 plates in the 2 v.
Critical opinion questions the validity of some of the attributions to Jones as well as the accuracy of some of the representations.
