Correspondence and related material concerning Kevin Crossley-Holland's 'The Anglo-Saxon World' (1982), containing manuscript and typescript letters and emails, some annotated, between Kevin Crossley-Holland and others.The material encompasses, but is not limited to: letters to and from publishers Boydell & Brewer (including Helen Barber and Richard Barber) and Oxford University Press (including Will Sulkin); letters to and from US publishers including Pantheon Books; and correspondence to and from other personal contacts; revision of rights; KCH is invited to an event at Heffers in 2012 to talk about 'The Anglo-Saxon World'; The Ancient and Medieval Book club chooses 'The Anglo-Saxon World' for its main selection; the 2002 edition, including publicity, jacket proof, introductory blurb, bio note, page proofs of the photographs to be included, the Ancient History Book Club; the new Oxford World's Classics edition; KCH's 'Beowulf' (1968).
