According to the title page text the item was written in the year 529 [1768 or 1769] for Ḥayim ben Yehudah Ashkenazi, resident of Corfu.
With the commentary of Mosheh Iserleś.
At the end of item: Service of atonement ritual (folio 48).
With table of contents for the laws of sheḥiṭah (לוח הסימנים) (folios 35r–36r).

Ruling: folios 2–48: frame-ruled in hard point; 14 ruled lines; prickings at beginning and end of ruled lines visible. Folio 49: frame-ruled in pencil; 15 ruled lines.
