Title page is decorated with broad boarder with flowers and other ornaments drawn in ink possibly by the scribe.

Former owners and annotations
Written for Yehoshuʿa Gavriʾel ben Mordekhai de-Pegyiav (de Puget?), on title page: נעשה בעד ... יהושע גבריאל בן מרדכי דפיגייאב השם נשמרהו; "Josue ce Mon" is inscribed in ink on title page; Josue is inscribed in ink on cover of lower board; יהושע and אברהם are inscribed in ink on front and back paste-down.
In folio 48r: Family register; somebody, likely Josue de Puget, made note of the death of the wife of Mordekhai de Puget, רוזוא דקארקאשונוה (Josue’s mother?), 5 Kisleṿ 510 (1739), in Montpellier, and the death of his father, Mordekhai de Puget(?), 11 Kisleṿ 517 (1756).
Yehoshuʿa de Puget (דפיגיאב) is known to be the owner of other preserved Provencal Hebrew manuscripts (see NLI system-no. 990000585530205171).
Roth’s description of MS Roth 307, cut out from a copy of his printed catalogue, and his ex-libris are attached to front paste-down.
