1. folios 1r–2v (260mm x 202mm; Franco-Ashkenazic script): Fragment of Ḳitsur sefer ha-mitsṿot; similar to ספר מצוות גדול by Moses ben Jacob of Coucy (משה בן יעקב מקוצי) but the mitsṿot are in different order according to National Library of Israel (NLI), Online Catalogue, system-no. 990001858570205171 (Roth, "Catalogue", no. 301, identified the fragments as being from Sefer mitsṿot gadol).
2. folios 3r and 4r (114mm x 189mm and 104mm x 132mm; Italian Hebrew script): 2 fragments from Mishneh Torah by Maimonides containing part of hilkhot sheḥiṭah 5:10–11; 7:3–7; 13:15–18.
State of text of folios 1–2: Text in the margins is obscured by adhesive tape (unprofessional repair work); leaves are damaged and creased with loss of text.
State of text of folios 3 and 4: Only small part of leaf is extant; item underwent conservation work.
Insertion: Bound together with a piece of paper on which Roth has jotted a few bibliographical notes concerning the manuscript.
