1. folios 1–5: פזמון קודם האזהרות beginning with לב חלל כחליל by Avraham ben Yitsḥak of Carpentras (אברהם בן יצחק מקרפנטרץ) (see Davidson, Otsar, vol. 3, 12, no. 244).
2. folios 5v–10: אזהרות of Yitsḥaḳ ben Mordekhai Ḳimḥi ('Maistre Petit de Nions') which were recited during the Minḥah service of the first day of Shavuot, headed byלמנחה הערב מיום ראשון חברם החכם השלם רבי יצחק בן מרדכי קמחי המכונה מאישטרי דניאומץ[!] זצ׳׳ל , beginning with יושב נענה שיר.
3. folios 11–19: אזהרות לשחרית יום שני לרבי שלמה בן גבירול, beginning with אוחילה לאל חי.
