Incomplete; Hebrew foliation and catchwords indicate that one leaf at the beginning, one leaf after folio 18, one leaf after folio 25, and one leaf after folio 31 are missing; item underwent extensive conservation work; leaves are repaired with tissue.
The item contains, among others:
Hymns and קדושים for [שבת איכה?] (folios 1–4), beginning with: נלאה להיליל על [by Moses ibn Ezra] (folio 1).
סדר ליל ט׳׳ב (folios 5–10), beginning with: זכור י״י מי היה and including אוי כי קינה (folio 7r), אני הגבר אקונן (folio 9r), et cetera.
סדר יום ט׳׳ב (folios 11–39r) including elegies by מנדיל אבי זמרא (folio 22r), ארץ חפץ נדחיך by הריב"ש [יצחק בן ששת ברפט] (folio 26v), שודד אוהלי מיתרי by רשב"ץ [שמעון בן צמח דוראן] (folio 31r), et cetera.
Likely added by later hands are the elegies on folios 40v–44v by אליהו שוראקי (folio 40v), משה ן' צור (folio 40v), and סעדיה שוראקי (dated to 1707) (folio 42v).

Foliation: 44 + i; modern pencil foliation, upper left recto (applied after loss of 4 leaves, see above State of text); folios 39v–40 are blank apart from pencil notes; Hebrew foliation in ink visible from folio 2 onward; it runs, apart from missing leaves, steady from ג (folio 2) to מג (folio 39).
Catchwords: horizonal, on verso of every leaf.
Number of lines: 21-24 (poetic spacing).
Script: Mughrabi square and cursive Hebrew script.

Held together between modern white card boards by a white ribbon within a custom-made brown box.
