Small prayer-booklet with coloured decorations and ornaments; it contains, among others:
רעיוני נא חדש (folio 2) by Yosef ben Shelomoh Fiʾamiṭa; למענך ולא לנו (folio 4v–5v); [פיטום הקטורת] (folio 6r–8v); תני רבי אליהו כל השונה (folio 9); יה אל צור רפא (folios 9v–10r) by Israel ben Moses Najara.

Decoration 1: Title page with decorative coloured border (green, red, yellow) in form of an arched portal with additional ornamental designs; symbol for a Kohen family, two hands arranged in the gesture of the priestly blessing (thumbs are not joined), is drawn in colours below the title; title text is written in red; the whole arrangement is embedded in a multicoloured rectangular border.
