2. folios 7–8: תפלה נאה לאומרה קודם התפלות והלימודים: רבונו של עולם אתה יודע כי בשר אנחנו.
3. folios 9r–12r: בקשה לאומרה קודם כל תפלה נאה וחשובה: אנא י״י הושיעה נא.
4. folios 12v–13r: תפלה לאומרה קודם כל תפלה: יהי רצון מלפניך י״י ... שתכניע כל המקטרגים.
5. folios 13v–14v: Affirmation of the Thirteen Principles of Faith (י״ג עיקרים).
6. folios 14v–15r: תפלה להתפלל בכל יום בכוונה והיא כלולה מעשר זכירות.

State of text: Some ink corrosion and seepage; margins of both items are closely trimmed; relatively well preserved; underwent conservation work.
