Full leather binding over paste-boards. In 1997, conservation moved typical Roth paper label with blue border and the MS number "30" from head to tail of spine, and added "MS Roth 30" in gilt lettering.

Scribal information

Main four parts are likely copied by one hand which left blank leaves at the end of the first and second part for additions.

Additional hymns for festival on folios 40r–41v (reshut by Avraham ibn Ezra on folio 41v) added by several secondary hands.
