Verse form: Couplets, then triplet

Contents: Religious acrostic on the words Pardon Man, requesting

forgiveness of sins and salvation through Christ. Repeated

with slight variation from two occurrences earlier in the MS

(once with Man first), the two parts in the present case having

separate headin
